Dear UAH Community,

You are invited you to participate in the Out of the Darkness University of Alabama in Huntsville Campus Walk, hosted by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

Join us April 7, 2024, at Charger Union. We’re raising awareness, encouraging discussions, and building a community to support people impacted by suicide.

We’ve already raised more than $25,000 for suicide prevention through our campus walks. You can help us continue to support this important cause. For more information and to register, please visit afsp.org/UAH. 

Walk Route: Embark on a journey along the familiar path, commencing at the Charger Union, and strolling along the "south loop" of campus, culminating back at the Charger Union.

The Out of the Darkness Campus Walks serve as AFSP's signature student fundraising series, mobilizing youth and young adults in the battle against suicide, a prevalent cause of mortality.
