In 2024, it will take over 15 months for women to earn what men do in 12. Full-time women workers are paid 84 cents for every $1 men make, and overall, women make 74 cents for every $1 earned by men. Join faculty and students from Sociology, Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, Justice and Equity Studies, and more as we learn about the gender pay gap and efforts to close it.
