Take your seat in the jury box! This course provides you the opportunity to reach a verdict on three actual cases in each session. You are provided the facts and basic law of each case and then the class discusses the issues and eventually votes on how the case should be decided. Then the actual court decision is revealed for comparison. Case topics include search and seizure, free speech, freedom of religion, personal injury, immigration, and products liability.
