Witmondt, a Huntsville venture capitalist, donated Motorola common stock to enhance the quality of the business programs and to expand Huntsville’s industrial base. The endowment provides support to recruit and retain faculty and provides general support of the business programs. Preference is provided to research involving entrepreneurship, venture capital financing, economic development, marketing research, and the management of new products and processes.
