Please follow the instructions below: Go to myUAH Under Banner links (bottom of the page), click Self-Service Banner (V.8) You will see Employee - click Tax Form - click W2 Year End Earnings Statement - Click You will see a Year End Statement informational sheet, scroll down and select the Tax Year and Display If you have not consented, the paper form will be mailed to you no later than Jan. 31, 2024.
