The History of Music series from Zane Home Library is a set of four CD-ROMs: Through the Classical Period, Romanticism to Contemporary, Music and Culture, and American Folk Music. These are identical in format to the History of Jazz program from the same publisher. Through the Classical Period presents approximately 90 minutes of captioned pictures with narration and background music, along with an encyclopedia, a dictionary, and a music glossary.
