UAH named a National Center of Academic Excellence

UAH was named a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance/Cyber Security Education and also Cyber Defense Research through academic year 2021. Curt Dukes, Director of National Security Agency (NSA) Information Assurance Directorate and Dr. Andy Ozment, Assistant Secretary Office of Cybersecurity and Communications Department of Homeland Security (DHS) presented the awards to President Robert Altenkirch and Dr. Ray Vaughn and Dr. Song-Moo Yoo.
