UAH President Robert Altenkirch will be the guest speaker at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute Annual Dinner on Friday, May 19.

Robert A. Altenkirch, President of The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), will give the keynote address at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) Annual Dinner on Friday, May 19.
The gala event will be held at the Jackson Center in Research Park (6001 Moquin Drive NW, Huntsville) and begins with a reception at 5:45 p.m., with dinner starting at 6:15 p.m. Curtis L. Jordan, a Huntsville-based jazz musician and band Ryme will provide the entertainment. The event is open to UAH faculty, staff, students and the general public.
During his talk, President Altenkirch will give a UAH update to include ongoing campus improvements, expansion and growth. The evening's festivities will also acknowledge the many wonderful OLLI volunteers whose contributions to the program help secure classes, travel opportunities and social and special events. Additionally, new board members will be introduced before formally taking office in June.
