The University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) College of Business Administration will host its annual Fall 2015 Entrepreneurs Roundtable on Wednesday, Sept. 9.
"The Business of Cybersecurity," will be presented at 5:30 p.m., in the Chan Auditorium located in the Business Administration Building (room 125). The event will also include a question-and-answer session, and a reception. The roundtable is free and open to the public.
This year's event features the owners and CEO's of four leading North Alabama military software and network security companies.
The Fall 2015 Entrepreneurs Roundtable panelists include:
- Greg Bacon ('99 BS Mathematics/Computer Science, '03 MS Computer Science) / Co-Founder and President/CEO of Omicron Research Solutions, an agile software company that works in tactical airspace management for the Army where seconds save lives.
- Jeremy Conway - CTO/Partner at MAD Security, a Huntsville area computer and network security company. MAD Security covers the full spectrum of security consulting services - ranging from strategic planning and executive cybersecurity leadership to deep hands-on assessment services. MAD Security is the premier provider of information and cybersecurity solutions that combine technology, services, support, and training.
- Jonathan Hard ('03 BS Business Administration/Management) / CEO of H2L Solutions a HUBZone Certified and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. H2L Solutions has a staff of information security professionals skilled in the development and management of cybersecurity programs.
- Tim Thornton ('85 BSEE, Electrical & Computer Engineering, '94 MSEE Engineering) - CEO / and President at nLogic, providing innovative products to government and industry customers.
