Users who have encrypted their computers with McAfee Drive Encryption will need to take precautionary measures before upgrading to Windows 10. If the upgrade is not done properly, all of the data on the computer will be lost. Please contact the OIT Help Desk if you are using an encrypted computer and wish to upgrade your computer’s Operating System (OS) to Windows 10.
