To connect a UAH departmental computer to the Campus Wired Network, complete the online Campus Network Access Request Form. Alternatively, you may print, fill out, and return the .pdf version to the OIT Help Desk.
Use the following forms to request installation and activation of a new network drop for a lab or faculty/staff office.
NOTE: A completed budget transfer request must be submitted with this form before the installation can be scheduled.
