To connect a UAHuntsville departmental computer to the Campus Wired Network, complete and return the Campus Network Access Request Form to the TAG Help Desk.

Fill out and submit this form to the TAG Help Desk to request installation and activation of a new network drop for a lab or faculty/staff office. Please note that a completed budget transfer request must be submitted with this form before the installation can be scheduled.
