Undergraduate Minor in English
A minor in English requires 21 semesters hours above freshman composition courses; 12 semester hours must be upper level (numbered 300 or above), including at least 3 semester hours at the 400- or 500-level. Half of the upper-level requirement (6 semester hours) must be taken at UAH. Please note: courses in technical and business writing may not be used in the minor without special approval by the department chair.
