Winemiller will give the public talk "Hydropower Development in the Tropics, a New Threat to Aquatic Biodiversity," at 7 p.m., in the Shelby Center room 107. His expertise is focused in the evolutionary, community, ecosystem and fisheries ecology, with more than 200 published scientific journal articles, book chapters and books.
