UAH Day of Giving

#UAHDayofGiving has ended

Thank you to all our generous donors!

Day of Giving may be over, but you can still make a donation

Why give to UAH?

Students depend on donations

Over 80% of UAH students apply for need-based financial aid. Not all receive the amount they need to cover their expenses, however. Your gift to UAH can change that. With your donation, students will be better able to receive the financial aid they need and better able to focus on their studies.

Donations make a difference

Gifts to UAH go toward enriching students’ education through professional development, outreach initiatives, conference travel, presentations, workshops, and other college-sponsored activities.

The need is greater than ever

Donations are an important part of UAH and allow the university to do even more for students and the community. As funding from the state continues to decrease, the need for financial gifts increases.

Giving is easy

Giving by credit card on the UAH Day of Giving saves you time and UAH time and money by mailing fewer payment reminders and using less postage.

About UAH Day of Giving

UAH's second annual Day of Giving will kick off the morning of Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 12:01 a.m. and close that evening at 11:59 p.m. Donations must be made both online and during the designated 24-hour period to count toward the day's total.

Funds raised throughout UAH's Day of Giving are tax deductible and will go to support student scholarships, student research collaborations with faculty, campus speakers, student stipends for study-abroad opportunities, and athletics.
