Our studios are equipped for relief, intaglio, screen printing and lithography (stone and plate) plus classes in book arts and printing for installation.
We sponser campus events like "Printer's Fools"—a spring festival with games, food, music and art. Off-campus we're at the Artist's Market at the Flying Monkey Arts Center & national workshops and conferences, including Frogman's Print and Paper Workshop (one of the top workshops in the country) & Southern Graphics Conference.
Our students win research awards, receive assistantships at workshops and assist nationally known artists with print projects. We bring visiting artists, set up portfolio exchanges with other top departments & introduce students to faculty from graduate programs.
