Backpack to Briefcase Events
Do you want to learn from alumni who have "been there and done that" but don't have the time to commit to a one-on-one mentoring relationship? That's what is great about Backpack to Briefcase Events. They are condensed mentoring sessions. Meet with UAHuntsville alumni for one hour over lunch and ask them anything you'd like to learn about what life is like after the cap and gown, job hunting, career, and life after college. After past sessions, alumni and students alike have raved about the benefit of these meetings.
Each event will feature alumni from a different college. Students of any/all majors are welcome to attend any of the lunches. Free lunch or refreshments are provided. Space is limited.
