Printmaker and book artist Sarah Bryant produces book projects that reframe and reorganize existing information in order to pose new questions and challenge assumptions. She works in book form because of the natural relationship between the book and the communication of information. Her work explores the deceptive simplicity of diagrammatic language, which allows for slight variations in line, color, and format to describe a great variety of different systems; the movement of peoples, changes in climate, the progress of disease. Her work speaks to the need to connect, to find patterns, and to place ourselves in a world we can understand and explain.

Please join us for a reception and artist talk on Thursday, January 23rd, from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Exhibit and reception free and open to the public.

Gallery hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
