The Graduate School invites current UAH graduate students to participate in the Three-Minute Thesis Competition on October 14th. This is a fast-paced and dynamic event requiring students to share their research in a compelling manner within a three-minute time limit and with only one static PowerPoint slide. Registration is required (Oct. 7 deadline). JUMP students are not eligible to compete but are encouraged to attend.

There are cash prizes! $250 for first place, $200 for second place, $100 for third place, and $100 for the people’s choice award. In addition, the first-place winner will receive an all-expense-paid trip to compete at the regional level and attend the Conference of Southern Graduate Schools in Dallas, Texas, in March 2025.
