Psychological safety refers to the degree to which individuals feel safe to express themselves without fear of negative consequences. The course will provide an in-depth overview of psychological safety, helping attendees to better understand the concept and its importance, and providing practical strategies for creating and maintaining a psychologically safe environment in a variety of settings. This course will be recorded.
