Professor Van Norden is a leading international scholar of Chinese philosophy. In “Understanding the I Ching: the Classic of Changes,” Prof Van Norden explains how a text that began as a manual for fortune-telling became a philosophical classic that influenced everyone from the Beatles to psychologist Carl Jung.
