Elicio Winds present a program of newly-commissioned works, each inspired by different aspects of Alabama’s cultural heritage, such as Huntsville’s contribution to space exploration, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Rosenbaum House in Florence, AL, various African-American folk tunes, and a videographic final work inspired by Alabama’s rich and varied natural landscapes. Each piece was  commissioned by Elicio Winds with support from a grant from the Alabama State Council on the Arts. The program includes an original work by UAH composer, Joshua Burel.
