Madison Dalton’s senior exhibition “You Are HERE”  features photographic portraits utilizing the historic cyanotype technique. The photographs, self-portraits, and those of family and friends.  The 19^th-century technique uses a mixture of iron compounds to create a light-sensitive emulsion.  In Madison’s work, the emulsion is brushed on watercolor paper and exposed to UV light.  The resultant images appear in rich blue tones.

Reception is on Tuesday, April 26th from 4:30pm - 6:30pm in the Union Grove Gallery.
