Please join the UAH Counseling Center for Healing Art: Art Therapy for the College Student on Thursdays at 3:00 pm!  Art is an amazing tool for learning to let go of worry, manage stress, practice self-care and even release your inner child!  This week we will be drawing our lives as a road to help explore our past and what events made us who we are.  Group members will be encouraged to share some about the events of their past and how they have contributed to the development of their identity today, but will not be required to provide details about all events if any are too troubling to discuss in a group format.  

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete the Group Consent Form if it is your first time joining us.  Group will start promptly at 3 pm and we will not allow anyone in past 3:10 to avoid interruption.  Thank you for understanding.
