Every year, the Lambda Kappa Chapter of Delta Zeta at the University of Alabama in Huntsville organizes a philanthropic event to raise money for our national and local philanthropies called Chili Cook Off. We hope to raise money for Starkey Hearing Foundation and the Dr. Frank Crim Compassion Fund for Children with Cancer at Huntsville Hospital. At DZ Lambda Kappa's 10th Annual Chili Cook Off, competitors from our community will bring their best chili for sampling and judging. Every guest will have the opportunity to try each chili and vote on his or her favorite. There will be a judges panel to rank the chili into different categories.
