Ever wonder what some of those words you see on programs mean? "Rondo," "Theme and Variations", "Sonata-Allegro", etc.? Participants are introduced to the various musical forms composers use to balance the competing needs for variety and repetition in classical music. Learn how composers have structured their compositions to create the masterworks we know and love. Discover the compositional "tricks" of musical form!
