Join the UAH PTAC and Advanced Technology International (ATI) to learn the basics of Other Transaction Agreements and how the consortium model promotes collaboration with industry and government sponsors. Other Transaction Agreements (OTA), relieve some of the contractual burdens typically placed on contractors working for federal clients, making it possible for non-traditional contractors – small and emerging companies – to participate in technology development.

The Other Transaction (OT) consortium model is an “enterprise partnership” between the government and technology providers in a specific domain.

ATI has extensive experience and expertise in OTA collaboration management. Successful application of the OTA consortium model has played a major role in the growth of its popularity. ATI is an industry leader in this area.

This webinar will be presented by Stacey Lindbergh. who serves as the Outreach and Engagement Lead at Advanced Technology International (ATI). Since joining ATI, Ms. Lindbergh served as the Executive Director for the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium (MTEC), a biomedical research & development consortium sponsored by the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command, and Program Manager for the Consortium For Execution of Rendezvous And Servicing Operations (CONFERS), an industry-led initiative started with seed funding provided by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to leverage best practices from government and industry to research, develop, and publish non-binding, consensus-derived technical and operations standards for OOS and RPO.
