If you are in the College of Education, come by and meet your librarians to learn more about the Salmon Library's databases and resources best suited to your research and academic goals.

Michael Manasco and Leslie Bardos will be on hand to show you how to answer questions like:

  • If you are seeking scholarly articles on current active learning techniques in secondary education, where might you find those?
  • Can you find a study exploring metacognition and reading comprehension strategies?
  • What is a Think Tank and what sort of information might be found there regarding educational policy?
  • What are current best practices in developing programs for nutrition and exercise for high school athletes?

Specific databases/sources discussed includeSPORTDiscus, ERIC, Academic Search Complete, and many more.. Light refreshments will be served.
