LIB111

If you are in the College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, come by and meet your librarians to learn more about the Salmon Library's databases and resources best suited to your research and academic goals.

Michael Manasco, Rebecca Brothers, Anna Kate Tippett, Ron Schwertfeger, and Leslie Bardos will be on hand to show you how to answer questions like:

  • Where can you find primary sources on daily life in Ancient Rome?
  • If you were looking for books on Arthurian legend, where would you go?
  • Can the library help if you’re researching the role of rhetoric in modern political discourse?
  • What about information on climate science and its impact on the mental and emotional well-being of the individual?

Specific databases/sources discussed include Opposing Viewpoints, JSTOR, Project MUSE, and more. Light refreshments will be served.

Part of the M. Louis Salmon Library Welcome Week.
