Rendering of Light

Tuesday, March 22, 2022- April 8, 2022 Multiday event - 18 days

Wilson Hall Gallery

Madison Bean's Exhibition, "Rendering of Light," investigates aliveness, change, and the interconnection between the physical and spiritual. The works, which include painting, experimental photography, and mixed media, focus on three subjects: cicadas, glass bottles, and networks of trees. Insect shells and bottles are vessels that suggest both emptiness and fullness, While trees, which are generally seen as individuals but have a secret and profound connectivity and community hidden below, continue the exploration of duality.

The work is on view in the Wilson Hall Gallery through April 8th.

Please join us for a reception on Wednesday, April 6th, from 5 pm - 6 pm.

Free and open to the public.
