The UAH Wind Ensemble will present their first performance of the FALL 2021 semester on Saturday, September 25 at 2 PM at First Baptist Church of Huntsville (600 Governors Drive). The one-hour program will feature: Jack Stamp’s stirring setting of the Star Spangled Banner, which he penned on September 12, 2001; Gustav Holst’s majestic Jupiter, the Bringer of Jollity, from The Planets; Steve Danyew’s refreshing setting of the classic hymn, Amazing Grace; David Maslanka’s Testament, a moving and poignant musical reaction to 9/11; and closes with Alfred Reed’s powerful, celebratory anthem, Alleluia, Laudemus Te!

The concert is free and open to the public.
