Please join the UAH Counseling Center for Healing Art: Art Therapy for the College Student on Thursdays at 3:00 pm!  Art is an amazing tool for learning to let go of worry, manage stress, practice self-care and even release your inner child!  This week we will be creating Affirmations Cards to help group members build confidence and develop a more positive self-esteem.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete the Group Consent Form if it is your first time joining us.  Group will start promptly at 3 pm and we will not allow anyone in past 3:10 to avoid interruption.  Thank you for understanding.
