Please join the UAH Counseling Center for Healing Art: Art Therapy for the College Student on Thursdays at 3:00 pm!  Art is an amazing tool for learning to let go of worry, manage stress, practice self-care and even release your inner child!  This week we will be creating Emotions Color Wheels.  Group members will learn how to identify some of their most common emotions as well as learn how varying degrees of these emotions impact those around us. 

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete the Group Consent Form if it is your first time joining us.  Group will start promptly at 3 pm and we will not allow anyone in past 3:10 to avoid interruption.  Thank you for understanding.
