PERFORMANCE: Half Time of Women's Basketball Game (Tip-off is at 2 p.m.), Spragins Hall

To register, please complete all fields of this form and submit the $40 registration fee. Payment can be made by Credit Card at the completion of this form OR checks and money orders can be made payable to UAH Spirit Teams and mailed to:

The fee includes clinic activities, t-shirt, lunch, a ticket to the UAH Chargers Basketball games, and game performance with the UAH Cheerleaders and Dance Team during the women's basketball game at 2:00 pm.

All participants must have a waiver of liability signed by their legal guardian prior to participation in UAH Spirit Team Day. The waiver will be emailed to the email address provided on this form and should be brought to check-in on the morning of the clinic. 

Coaches, family, and friends can purchase tickets to the basketball game for $6 each at Spragins Hall the day of the basketball games.
