Res Hall Brawl is a friendly competition to encourage involvement on campus and to help spread and display school spirit! As the name suggests, this is a competition between residence halls, but ALL students are encouraged to attend! Attendance points are calculated based on the number of students from each Res Hall that swipe in by the start time of the women's game.  Upon leaving the game, students will also swipe out.  In order to receive full points, students must be present for the entirety of the women's game and swipe out AFTER half time of the men's game. Swipe in and out will occur in the lobby of Spragins Hall.

1. Sock Donation— The Office of Student Life's Civic Engagement is hosting a Sock Drive during Week of Welcome. If a resident donates a pair of socks, then their Res Hallwill receive a point (max of 1 point per student for socks).
2. Halftime Contest— Blue Crew will host a relay race during halftime of the men’s game. Each hall will appoint a team of four residents (two male and two female) to compete.  The winner of the relay will earn 10 points for their Res Hall.
3. Theme/Costume— Each Res Hall should select a movie as their theme for the evening. Residents of each hall are encouraged to dressaccording to theme/movie.TWENTY points will be awarded to the res hall with the most creative theme/costumes.
4. School Spirit— This category involves who can cheer on the Chargers the with the most spirit, passion, and energy. TWENTY points will be awarded to the most spirited res hall.
