Barnes & Noble College understands the impact the current unprecedented situation has had on our campus partners and students. To help maintain consistency and ensure students are equipped to learn wherever they are, BNED has joined VitalSource and leading publishers in providing free access to eTextbooks through the remainder of the Spring term. Students at BNED campuses that have been moved to online classes due to COVID-19 will now be able to access these eTextbooks free of cost to help them successfully complete their academic year.

Also, any students who have physical rental books will be given a free UPS label to ship books back to us at the end of the semester and we will extend the grace period as long as needed. These labels will be emailed directly to every student with outstanding rental books. We are also providing free shipping for all items on our website, to ensure students can get what they need.  Buyback periods will be extended once students return to campus to ensure they can continue to sell books back. If a student is graduating and not returning for additional semesters, they can use textbooks.com for instant quotes and free shipping.
Additionally, in order to ensure students are equipped for ongoing success, we will provide free digital self-tutoring and writing services for students through our bartleby® suite of solutions. We will have more information to follow about this exciting service to your students.

We know this is a challenging time for your campuses, and we’re here to help however we can. Please see below for a link to more information regarding our free eBook initiative and the link for students to access eBooks.
