On Friday, June 14, 2019, ReNEW Softwash will arrive on campus to begin a project soft-washing buildings, breezeways, sidewalks, patios, and balconies (see schedule below). The ReNEW Softwash system uses virtually no pressure to apply their cleaning solution, ReNEW 754. Their proprietary process will result in cleaner buildings without the risk of damage from pressure washing.
Facilities and Operations has a 3-year plan to have all buildings soft-washed, and we are excited to see the improved visual impact of this project. To help make the process go smoothly, we ask that you stay clear of any roped off or barricaded areas on the dates your building is scheduled for soft-washing,
