Alumni Email Account

If you recently graduated, you will receive an email from the Office of Information Technology providing instructions on how to migrate your student email account to a regular Google account.

In the past, the Office of Alumni Relations was able to offer a Google Workspace with unlimited storage. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide this benefit because of storage limitations. 

For existing Alumni email account users: storage of individual email accounts must be reduced to 15 GB (the same as a typical Google account) per person. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For all alumni users, please follow the guidelines of the UAH electronic mail and other electronic communications policy. 

Please note, if your account has been dormant for the period of one year, your account will be deleted.
