Issue Comments:      The color of the tan neckerchief was a mistake. It was 
                     intended to be the same military green color as the P5a.

                     A thumbnail-sized comparison of the P5a and P5b is 
                     available (256 colors, 65,955 bytes). The only difference 
                     between the two issues is the neckerchief color. A full-
                     sized image is also available but will also take longer 
                     to download (256 colors, 368,537 byes).

                     The P5b was available only at lodge functions.
