An additional 200 flaps were ordered for the 1985 National

production variations which led to it's designation as S9b.
Errata: A fake S9 with differing boarder colors has been reported,
but such a patch was never issued by the lodge or council
and does not officialy exist.
This issue is mistakenly called the S14 in Arapaho.
