Issue comments: The S1 was used three times by the lodge and ordered from
two different manufacturers. All three are different.

The S1 was ordered by Field Director Johnny Becton because
it cost the same as the F3. Even through the S1 is an
embroidered flap and the F3 has a twill background, the
cost was the same because of the S3's smaller size.
