Other physical info: The background scene on the patch is a view of the
                     Tennessee River from the "Main Side" of Camp Jackson.  The
                     large peak to the right is called "The Pinnacle" - hence
                     the Conclave slogan, "Reach the Pinnacle of Service".

Restrictions:        Initially restricted to one flap per six hours Service 
                     Corp. participation at Camp Jackson or 10 hours 
                     elsewhere. Additional flaps were sold without the 
                     stringent service restrictions during and after the 
                     Conclave.
Original cost:       $2.00
Issue comments:      The S17 was issued to recognize those arrowmen who 
                     provide service to the lodge in preparation for the 
                     1996 SR-8 Conclave which was held at Camp Jackson in 
                     April. This was the first Service Corps flap issued by 
                     the lodge since the 1984 Host Corps flap issued 12 years 
                     before. The 1996 SR-8 Conclave was also be the first 
                     Conclave hosted by Kaskanampo since 1984.
