Issue comments: The S15 was issued by Kaskanampo Lodge to celebrate the
50th (Golden) anniversary of the lodge. It is the first
unrestricted flap to be sold by Kaskanampo since the
S11 "Pink" in 1987. There are actually three 50th
anniversary flaps issued by Kaskanampo of which the S15
was the first. The others are the S16 "Gold Mussel" and
the F4 "White 50th". The S15 was conceived mainly as a fund
raiser flap to raise money for the 50th anniversary
celebration events. It was issued early (in mid 1994) so
the lodge contingent to the 1994 NOAC at Purdue would have
                     them to trade.
