Issue comments: All but 74 flaps were initially issued by the lodge.
During the 1995 50th anniversary year of the lodge, each
arrowman that participated in a lodge event had a ticket
bearing his name placed into a jar. In late 1995 74 names
were drawn from the jar at random. Each arrowman whose
name was selected got the chance to buy another S14 for $4
at the December 1995 lodge banquet. The random drawing
continued at the banquet until the remaining unclaimed
                     flaps were sold.

This design is one of the few underwater scenes produced
                     on OA patches.
