3.) What counts as exercise?
Just Move It in any way you wish, as long as you go for at least
10 continuous minutes and get your heart rate up as much as you
would during a brisk walk! Sorry, you can't count your walk to the
coffee pot, that is, unless it's 10 minutes away!
Examples of Physical Activity and Exercise: walking, jogging,
swimming, weight training, group exercise classes, sports, hiking,
dancing, martial arts, biking and more!

5.) How many people can be on a team?

together, don't worry, we'll get you set up with a team.

6.) Do teams have to exercise together?
No, some teammates may want to exercise together to stay motivated,
but it's not required.

7.) How do I set my fitness goal?
You should set a goal that is challenging yet do-able. If you
are just starting an exercise program and haven't done anything
in a while, 30 min. three or four times a week might be a good starting
place. If you already exercise regularly, try to challenge yourself...add
an extra 15-30 min. per workout, or add another workout day (4 days
vs 3 days). Ultimately, the challenge is not against other teams,
but to challenge yourself to be healthier and more fit.

8.) How do I record my activity?
When you register online, you will set up an account and set
your fitness goal. Each day, or at least weekly, log on and record
your fitness activity and bonus points.
