While we highly recommend that writers make an appointment, we also offer virtual consultations. Virtuals are ideal to ask specific questions or to get feedback about a particular problem area in a piece of writing. Please be as detailed as possible in your request for a virtual consultation, and keep in mind that the scope of the issue should be such that face-to-face communication is not necessary and a consultant can assist you within 30 minutes. Virtual consultations take between 24 and 48 business hours so they are ideal in situations that are not pressing.
