1.  "For, said Sally, Clarissa was at heart a snob – one had to admit it, 
     a snob" (190).  Is Clarissa really a snob?  Or simply misunderstood?
     Using the quotations about which guests were invited to the party (or any
     other quote from the book) either support or refute Sally’s assertion 
     about Clarissa.

2.  How can Clarissa’s connection with Septimus be explained?  Explain the 
    confusion of some critics’ about whether Clarissa died or not.
