Just Move It's mission is to provide a healthy campus competition to encourage faculty, staff and students to be physically active, while also offering health education seminars emphasizing knowledge and skills related to wellness. In addition, Just Move It will develop partnerships within the campus community in order to increase campus unity and school spirit.
