The University Center has several meeting rooms that may be reserved by recognized student groups, UAH administrative or academic departments, as well as by off campus groups. The meeting rooms range in seating capacity from rooms that will seat 10 at a conference table, to one with a stage that will seat 500 theatre style.

Requests can be made three business days in advance of event in UC 100 or by contacting the assistant director Drew Hudson 256-824-2721, email firstname.lastname@example.org or director Will Hall 256-824-6933 email email@example.com. You can also reserve space using our online portal: http://uahastra.uah.edu/AstraSchedule/Portal/GuestPortal.aspx.
Events held other than the University Center must be booked through the conference and events department. If your event is outdoors, you must fill out an outdoor event request form available through the conferences and events department, Juanita Owen, Associate Director of Conferences and Events 256-824-7776, email Owenj@uah.edu.
