Parking

Visitor Parking

Parking passes are available for visitors who are not UAH faculty, staff, or students.

Do I need a parking permit?

If you do not get a visitors parking spot (located by the sidewalk closest to the building), then you will need to acquire a parking permit to avoid the $50 parking ticket.

Where can I pick up a parking permit for my vehicle?

Wilson Hall 225 can issue parking permits for you. You can also get a permit from the police station located on the first floor of the parking deck.

When can I pick up my parking permit?

We advise all examinees to arrive 15 minutes early to their appointment to allow ample time to get a parking permit and to put it on their vehicle. You can also come by the office the day before your appointment to pick up a permit.

UAH Policy for Online Student Parking

Students that are fully online, no hybrid or traditional classes, are able to purchase a one-day parking pass for $5.00. They can purchase up to five passes a semester. If they need to park on campus more than five days in a semester we will credit them for the money spent on one-day passes and they will have to purchase a permit. Students are able to purchase a second unscratched pass for a future date in the semester.
